What to Expect from Rock Solid Builders
- RSB will discuss your project over the phone, answer any initial questions, and then
schedule an appointment at your home to gather all needed information to provide a
proposal.
- A confirmation call or email will be made the day before the appointment.
- Butch will arrive at the scheduled appointment time.

What to expect during the proposal process:

- Proposal will be emailed within 7 days which includes detailed proposal and computer
animated drawing if project is a deck or pergola project.
- Rock Solid Builders will follow-up with customer upon sending proposal.
- Rock Solid Builders will meet with customer to go over project details, sign the contract,
and obtain down payment. This allows RSB to put the customer on their schedule.
- RSB will apply for any needed permits within 2 business days of signing contract.
- RSB will contact customer upon permit approval and schedule a start date.
- RSB will confirm start date 2 business days prior to actual start date.
- RSB will arrive on start date at 7am to handle lumber delivery and start the job.
- Customer will be explained inspection schedule with the city or county and RSB will be
onsite for inspections.
- Final walk-through will be done with customer upon completion.
- Homeowner will fill out a “Job Completion Notice” stating that all work was completed
according to the original signed contract.
- Thank you letter will be mailed.
