What to Expect After Contacting RSB
  1. RSB will discuss your project over the phone, answer any initial questions, and then schedule an appointment at your home to gather all needed information to provide a free proposal.
  2. A confirmation call or email will be made the day before the appointment.
  3. Butch will arrive at the scheduled appointment time.

What to Expect During Initial Meeting

  1. Butch will discuss project with homeowner by viewing location of project and discussing all available options.
  2. All necessary measurements will be taken.
  3. Butch will provide homeowner with a RSB packet with brochures and additional literature to assist in making an informed decision.
What to Expect During Proposal Process
  1. Proposal will be emailed within 7 days which includes detailed proposal and computer animated drawing if project is a deck or pergola project.
  2. Rock Solid Builders will follow-up with customer upon sending proposal.
What to Expect Upon Choosing RSB for Your Project
  1. Rock Solid Builders will meet with customer to go over project details, sign the contract, and obtain down payment.  This allows RSB to put the customer on their schedule.
  2. RSB will apply for any needed permits within 2 business days of signing contract.
  3. RSB will contact customer upon permit approval and schedule a start date.
  4. RSB will confirm start date 2 business days prior to actual start date.
  5. RSB will arrive on start date at 7am to handle lumber delivery and start the job.
  6. Customer will be explained inspection schedule with the city or county and RSB will be onsite for inspections.
  7. Final walk-through will be done with customer upon completion.
  8. Homeowner will fill out a “Job Completion Notice” stating that all work was completed according to the original signed contract..
  9. Email will be sent to homeowner asking to complete a short survey on RSB’s service.
  10. Thank you letter will be mailed.
